Product images are for illustrative purposes only, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images, depending on device display settings.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the Website are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to update prices and correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we will inform you and provide the option to reconfirm or cancel the order.
4. Orders and Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but is only to inform the customer that we have received the order made.
Your order is accepted only when you receive a second confirmation email confirming dispatch of the products. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet the delivery deadline.

5. Delivery
Orders are delivered via a courier service selected by the Shop to the delivery address provided by the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU and Cyprus consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the goods.

The returning products must not be used nor damaged. They must be returned in to their original condition including all packaging (unopened and sealed) as delivered to you, within 14 days of notification.
7. Returns and Refunds
Customers must return the goods within 7 days after notifying the Shop of the cancellation via email at: thegiftshopcy@gmail.com

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item delivered was faulty or supplied in error.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify the Shop within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be returned unused, sealed and in their original packaging. Statutory consumer rights regarding faulty goods apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
